The realization of tertiary education depends on the availability of qualified and adequate academic staff and infrastructure facilities. Academic staff are the implementer of curriculum in the tertiary institutions and to do this, the academic staff and students need adequate infrastructure facilities. Based on this discovered, the paper hereby recommended that the government should deploy technologies and artificial intelligence to curb corruption in the management of tertiary institutions. The government should ensure effective monitoring and evaluation system to the development of facilities in the tertiary institutions across the country.
